Jim Kelleher is running two distinct courses in ceramics this Autumn. Come along and experience the limitless possibilities of clay.

1. Ceramics and Pottery design

While a new addition to the colleges program this year, Jim has been developing the teaching structure and plan for this course since 2007. The course is specifically tailored for those who would like to experience the potters wheel as well gain practical handbuilding skills, explore a wide range surface treatments tailored to each individuals project.
 

2. Sculptural modelling in ceramics

St. Johns central college. Sawmill Street. T: 021 4255561 http://www.stjohnscollege.ie/

This course will focus on construction techniques, surface treatments, modelling and observational skills. The course is designed for the complete beginner, but all levels are welcome. Voted by the Irish examiner as the 2nd most ‘unusual’ course on offer in the country!
